Are you a worker in Newfoundland and Labrador who believes in fair pay, safe workplaces, and respect on the job?

Membership is open to workers across all sectors, including full-time, part-time, contract, gig, and non-union workers.

You can also join if you are currently unemployed, receiving EI, a student preparing to enter the workforce, or temporarily out of work but committed to improving conditions for workers.

Together, we organize, support one another, and fight for better working conditions for everyone.

Join today and be part of the movement for better work.

Volunteer!

The Workers' Action Network relies on volunteers, organizers, and supporters who believe in building stronger protections and better conditions for workers across the province. There are many ways to get involved, from helping with outreach and events, to supporting campaigns and sharing your skills.

If you're interested in contributing your time or expertise, we encourage you to apply. Our team reviews volunteer applications on an ongoing basis and will reach out as opportunities arise.

Together, we can build a stronger movement for workers.
